Stephen has been an Elite Personal Fitness trainer since 2007. He continues to work closely with his clients to find the best ways to improve their physical fitness and to achieve their fitness goals. Each workout is designed to be different and fun, forcing muscle confusion and preventing physical plateaus. In the end, each workout is set around your personal goals and physical capabilities. Stephen excels at running tough, fast paced, high intensity workouts in order to maximize his client's time and physical abilities. Graduating from Lynchburg College in 2007, he earned a B.S. in Health Promotion and Sport Management. In 2006, he was chosen as the Virginia Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (VAHPERD) outstanding Health Promotion Major Recipient. Stephen was also a 4-year member of the Lynchburg College Hornets indoor and outdoor track team. He participated in shot put, discus, javelin, hammer, the 35lbs-weight throw, and 60m high hurdles. Stephen also competed in Power Lifting competitions from 2007-2009. He is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia.
